Norman Behar is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales training and growth advisory services. Currently serving as Managing Director at SBI, The Growth Advisory since July 2023, Norman focuses on enhancing clients' revenue and enterprise value through innovative strategies and execution. Prior to this, Norman held the position of Managing Director at Sales Readiness Group from January 2008 to June 2023, where the company was recognized as a leading sales training provider. Additionally, Norman has a rich background as Managing Partner at Linear Partners, CEO at Xylo and Elekom, and CEO at Catapult Software Training Centers, along with a tenure as SVP Corporate & Government Accounts at Egghead Software. Norman holds a degree from the University of Washington.
