Tracy Edwards

Tracy Edwards has a diverse work experience starting from 2003 until the present. Currently, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer of SBI | Sales Benchmark Index, where they lead the vision, strategy, and engineering teams for the digital transformation of the company's key platforms and tools. Prior to this, Tracy worked as the SVP Product & Systems at Insider Intelligence from 2018 to 2020, managing cross-functional teams and driving transparency and communication. From 2013 to 2018, they held multiple roles at 360 Media Direct, including Senior Business Analyst and Senior Marketing Manager, where they successfully integrated teams and managed key client relationships. Tracy also worked at California State University, Fresno, where they served as the Faculty/Development Manager of the MBA Program and Assistant Director of Development, among other roles. Additionally, they worked as the Marketing Administrator at Fresno Women's Medical Group, Inc., where they led multiple teams and developed policies and procedures.

Tracy Edwards earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University, Fresno, from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Political, Legal, and Economic Analysis (PLEA) from Mills College between 2001 and 2003. Tracy also obtained a certification in Better User Stories - Professional from Mountain Goat Software in February 2018.
