Barbara Conti

Barbara Conti has held various roles in human resources throughout their career. Barbara started as the SVP Director of Human Resources at Sterling Bank from 1991 to 1994, then moved on to Andover Bank where they held the same role from 1994 to 2002. Afterwards, they worked as the VP/Director of HR at The Eagle-Tribune in 2002 and then as the SVP/Director of Human Resources at Metro Credit Union from 2003 to 2013. Currently, Conti is the VP/Human Resources at SBLI of Massachusetts, a position they have held since 2014.
