Wade Seward

Wade Seward currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Distribution Officer at SBLI since November 2024 and as a Strategic Advisor and Head of Sales and Business Development at Fieldtech since February 2024. Previously, Wade held the position of Head of Distribution Strategy at Haven Life from January 2017 to December 2023. Wade's extensive experience includes roles as Vice President of Compliance at MassMutual Financial Group, Vice President of Integration Change Management at Prudential Financial, and several executive positions at The Hartford, including Vice President of Distribution Strategy and Chief Compliance Officer. Wade began a career in sales at NCR Corporation and transitioned into the legal field as an Attorney at Fazzone, Nuzzo & Baillie. Academically, Wade earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Bryant University.
