Thomas Lopes

Thomas Lopes, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP, is a Principal at SBLM Architects since April 2005, where responsibilities include delivering all phases of commercial, retail, and higher education projects from schematics to construction administration, as well as conducting existing conditions surveys, due diligence, and code reviews. Prior to this role, Thomas Lopes served as an Architectural Drafter at Clawson Architects in 2004, focusing on field surveys and construction drawings for residential projects. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sustainable Architecture, a Graduate Certificate in Sustainable Design, and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, all from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
