Caroline Dake is currently the Chief Operating Officer at sblum, where they also serve as a Digital Consultant, helping companies integrate state-of-the-art technologies into their workflows and processes. Previously, they worked as a Project Manager Digital at capconnect GmbH from 2016 to 2023, where they managed key accounts and provided digital consulting, as well as held the role of Digital Marketing Assistant. Caroline gained early experience in technology commercialization while studying at Oregon State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. They also briefly worked as an Assistant Consultant at IDS Scheer AG in 2008.
