Robert Behan is currently the Group Contracts Manager at Single Buoy Moorings, a position held since 2009. With over 20 years of experience across various industries including onshore and offshore fabrication, Naval Military construction, civil engineering, and pharmaceuticals, they have worked their way from junior roles to corporate management. Previously, Robert served as Contracts Manager at DCNS (THALES Group) from 2002 to 2009 and had a brief role as a QS at Jacobs in 2000. They hold a degree from Leeds Metropolitan University, earned between 1991 and 1994. Multilingual, Robert possesses strong skills in contract management, claims, contract drafting, negotiations, and project controls.
