SBMH Formula : Storytelling + Craft + Autonomy + Scale + Long-term Capital = Global Dominance

SBMH Group holds businesses across Fashion. Automotive. Media. F&B. Real Estate. Beverage.

Each business operates independently. Each has its own scale and identity. But they share capital, strategy, and an obsession with conceptual narrative led outcomes.

We're vertically integrated where it strengthens control. Decentralized where it preserves speed.

We build brands before products. We invest in creative talent like infrastructure. We own the value chain from design to distribution.

SBMH will be known as the undisputed global leader in the aspirational segment.

Announcement : THOF is now a part of SBMH Holding Co.
