Brett Rutherford

Brett Rutherford currently serves as the Assistant Athletic Director of External Operations at Wake Technical Community College since October 2023. In addition, Brett holds the position of Senior Writer and Podcast Host at SB Nation, a role undertaken since March 2020. As the Virtual Content Coordinator for Greatness, Inc. since August 2018, Brett has been involved in creating and managing online content. Prior experience includes working as the Assistant for Athletics and Communication at Tallahassee State College from July 2022 to September 2023, and serving as a Reporter for WFSU Public Media from December 2021 to May 2022. Brett earned a Master’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Florida State University in December 2021, having completed undergraduate studies at the same institution between 2017 and 2020.
