Nigel Salter and Penny Baxter are the ‘SB’ in SB+CO, bringing a combined 50-plus years of expertise in sustainable business and corporate responsibility. Two decades ago, Nigel and Penny founded Salterbaxter, building it up into one of the UK’s top 10 sustainability management consultancies, before integrating it into the global Publicis Groupe. 

Today, they lead a highly experienced and diverse team in London, with colleagues and associates across Europe and the US.
