Stella Obodo

Stella Obodo is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and business development, currently serving as an Employee Success Manager at Software Business Solutions Consulting since March 2022. Stella actively monitors legislation affecting HR, trains management, manages compliance, and addresses employee grievances, in addition to maintaining the employee handbook. Previously, Stella held the position of Business Development Manager at both Smartware Solution and Walure Capital, where responsibilities included developing sales and operations strategies and executing operational plans. Earlier experience also includes a role as a Business Development Analyst at Software Business Solutions Consulting, where collaboration on client-focused solutions was key.
