Importantly coaching is completely focused on you and what you want to achieve or explore. I will provide a supportive framework and a creative non-judgemental space for your exploration.

Part of the success of the coaching relationship is down to chemistry so you are invited to a free coaching chemistry session to answer your questions and explore how we best work together.

The best results come from working together approximately twice a month for a few months, but  we can adapt this to meet your needs. 

Ahead of starting together you will be asked to share some background info which should take no more than 40 mins to complete and is to enable us to dive straight in.
