Fernando Pelegio

Fernando Pelegio is an accomplished executive leader with over 30 years of experience in the television industry, currently serving as EVP, Artist and Creative Development Director at SBT since 2010. They oversee the channel’s TV shows and journalism, managing a team of 1,000 and playing a pivotal role in covering significant global events such as the Olympics and the World Cup. Previously, Fernando held various positions at SBT, including Production Manager and Visual Creation Director, and began their career at Rede Record and WPBT Channel 2. They earned an Associate in Sciences degree in Radio, Television, and Cinematography from Miami Dade College between 1982 and 1986.
