Philip Painter

Philip Painter is a Lean Six Sigma Consultant with over twenty-four years of experience as a project leader, master black belt, and consultant across various industries. Currently, they serve as a Senior Consultant at APT Consulting (UK) Limited and have been with SBTI since 2001 as an independent contractor, specializing in Lean Six Sigma and Lean Product Development methodologies. Philip previously held the title of Lean Design Master Black Belt at Invensys, where they deployed company-wide initiatives, mentoring over 400 projects with significant returns on investment. They earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial Measurement Systems with Distinction from Brunel University and a degree in Applied Statistics and Computing from Oxford Brookes University.
