Imagine having your own personal student assistant — one you never have to queue for to get help, one you can ask the most basic questions without embarrassment, and one that’s available 24/7. This was the starting point for Sbuddy.ai: a sorted and relevant task bank with an accompanying RAG-bot that already knows the assignments you’re working on.

Since then, the platform has evolved into a fully agentic workspace for students, supporting custom document uploads and productivity management powered by the Sbuddy agent. The team consists of students with backgrounds in M.Sc. in Applied Physics and Mathematics, as well as data engineers from a variety of fields. Today, the platform is used by well over 1,000 engineering and economics students.
