Brian Decker

Brian Decker has extensive experience in the fuels and convenience sector, currently serving as the Director of Facilities for SC Fuels, where responsibilities include managing Cardlock, Retail, and Facilities Operations in California. Decker has contributed to the California Fuels and Convenience Alliance as a Board Member, aiding in the organization of its annual conference. With a strong background in scuba diving instruction, Decker holds a Master Instructor certification and teaches various levels and specialty courses. Previous roles include Operations Manager at DeWitt Petroleum and Distribution Manager at Brook Furniture Rental, alongside service on the boards of both the California Independent Oil Marketers Association and the California Fuels and Convenience Alliance. Decker holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from California State University Polytechnic and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Negotiations at USC Marshall School of Business.
