R.Engr Agboola, Saheed Olayinka is an experienced Engineering Manager (Maintenance) at SC Johnson, where they lead planned maintenance initiatives and drive lean savings projects. Previously, they served as Maintenance Manager at Unilever Nigeria Plc and held various roles at Procter & Gamble, including Operations Shift Leader and Technical Leader. Agboola possesses a rich educational background, including an MSc in Production and Operations Management and an MBA in Human Resources Management, with distinctions from the University of Lagos and Obafemi Awolowo University, respectively. They continue to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Production & Operations Management, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
