Antonius Anggit is a passionate leader in people development, currently serving as the Training & People Development Lead at SC Johnson since 2013. They focus on establishing effective people development systems and fostering a culture of capability improvement through engaging program development. Previously, Antonius held the role of Talent Management Officer at PT Riau Andalan Pulp & Paper, where they managed training activities and assessment tools. They also possess a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Universitas Sanata Dharma Yogyakarta and have served as a guest lecturer in Industrial Technic at Petra University Surabaya.
