Thomas Putzer

Thomas Putzer currently serves as the Head of the SC Johnson Healthier World Group within the Office of the Chairman and CEO, focusing on disease prevention solutions for at-risk communities while engaging with community members to understand their needs. Previously, Putzer held various roles at SC Johnson, including Innovation Navigation Manager and Senior Research Scientist, where substantial contributions were made to developing market strategies and innovative product launches through comprehensive consumer research in diverse global regions. Prior experience includes significant positions at Kimberly-Clark, overseeing extensive consumer and behavioral research across personal care and health sectors, as well as roles in meteorology and environmental research. Putzer's educational background includes a BS in Limnology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, alongside specialized training at Harvard University.
