Jerker Jäder is an R&D Director at SCA, where they oversee intellectual property strategies, patent applications, and research collaborations within the forest industry. With a strong background in chemical engineering, Jerker earned an M.Sc. from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Ph.D. from Karlstad University. Previously, Jerker held positions as a Patent Director and Manager in various technology roles at SCA, as well as a Research Scientist at Stora Enso. Since 2013, they have also been an External Faculty Member at the University of Maine.
