Designing, building, and scaling intelligent supply chains.

Scaia supports global enterprises and senior supply chain leaders in transforming complex supply chains into high-performing, adaptable, and robust operations. We exist to bridge the critical gap between strategic intent and sustained operational delivery.

We are builders and operators, not a classical consultancy.

Our highly experienced professionals bring deep backgrounds directly from inside large blue-chip corporations across consulting, operations, and technology. Collectively, we have supported the majority of Fortune 1000 companies in mission-critical industries—from High Tech and Automotive to Consumer Goods—operating at global scale.

We focus exclusively on end-to-end supply chain design and execution, addressing complexity where scale, variability, and performance requirements intersect. Our expertise spans the full functional scope: from Design & Architecture and Planning & Execution to Manufacturing, Logistics, and Technology & AI Enablement.

How We Work Our work follows a clear operating philosophy grounded in operational reality: Design → Build → Operate → Autonomize

We don't just conceive solutions; we ensure they are stabilized in live environments and progressively transitioned toward intelligent execution. We work in very close collaboration with our clients and their ecosystems—where supply chains actually run.

Why Scaia? We bring an execution-first mindset. We are built to perform at scale—not to produce slideware. We are entrepreneurial, outcome-driven, and handle complex international assignments requiring senior, hands-on involvement.

Scaia is part of Barkawi Group, established in 1994, comprising a portfolio of specialized supply chain service, solution, and technology companies.
