Matthieu Villain began their work experience in 1998 as a Chef de Groupe at Groupe D!. Matthieu then worked as a Chef de Groupe at Tequila in 2000 and at NDC from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they became the Responsable Marketing et Communication at José Lévy. From 2004 to 2005, Villain worked as an Associé at HCIFM, where they specialized in Human Computer Interaction for Marketing. Matthieu then joined Bright & Company - trademark of CRM Company Group as a Chef de Groupe from 2005 to 2008, and later became a Consultant Senior until 2015. From 2015 to 2021, Villain worked at Tessi as a Consultant CRM Senior and eventually became the Directeur du Pôle CRM. Currently, they are a Senior Customer Success Manager at Scal-e, utilizing their expertise in CRM programs in the BtoC retail sector.

Matthieu Villain attended IAE from 1994 to 1998 where they pursued a degree in Magistère de Marketing Direct. Matthieu also attended IAE Lille during the same time period and completed their Magistère de Marketing Direct degree there as well.
