John Starczewski

John Starczewski is a Senior Sales Engineer at Scala, focusing on technical discovery and customer engagement. They previously served as a Solutions Architect at Northland Communications Company from 2018 to 2025, where they provided expertise in UCaaS solutions and network implementation. Prior to that, John worked as an AML Compliance Specialist at BNY Mellon from 2014 to 2017 and as a Shared Compliance Specialist at the New York Credit Union Association. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security and Computer Forensics from Utica University and have a solid foundational education in General Studies from Mohawk Valley Community College.
