Allan James

Allan James has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Allan most recently worked as a Group Project Manager at Scalability Engineers since June 2022. Prior to that, they served as an Operations Manager at the same company from November 2020 to June 2022. In this role, they led a team of 25 members and managed Business IT Operations for US clients. Allan also handled DBA operational activities and collaborated with senior leadership on recruitment and training.

Before joining Scalability Engineers, Allan worked as a Senior Manager at XSEED Education from July 2017 to October 2019. Allan also held the position of Assistant General Manager at Reliance Communications from February 2016 to June 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as Assistant General Manager at ISS Facility Services India Private Limited from January 2013 to May 2015, and as a Deputy Manager at Tata Communications from July 2011 to December 2012.
