Scalable Commerce
John Serpa has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to marketing and business development. John began their career in 1999 as an Online Marketing Manager at Maps.com, where they later became the Director of Digital Services in 2003. In 2007, they joined Maps.com / Creative Tecknology as the GM/President, a role they held until 2010. John then worked as the Marketing Director & Business Development at LAbite.com in early 2011. In 2012, they became the Chief Marketing Officer at Scalable Commerce, a company focused on online marketing services. In 2015, they joined Lull, a direct-to-consumer mattress company, as the VP of Media Operations, a position they held until 2018.
John Serpa attended Colorado State University from 1985 to 1988, where they studied Communications. John did not obtain a degree in this field. John has also obtained additional certifications, including Google Tag Manager Fundamentals from Google in July 2015, and a Landing Page Optimization Online Certification Course from MECLABS in June 2015.
