Charlene Laverty is a seasoned professional in the sales and textile industry with extensive experience in territory management and account development. Currently serving as a Territory Sales Representative at The House of Scalamandré since June 2021, Charlene oversees outside residential sales across all five boroughs of New York City. Prior roles include Account Executive at POLLACK, where Charlene successfully navigated complex sales cycles within the luxury textile sector, and Outside Sales Representative at Egg & Dart, contributing to a multi-line showroom environment. Additional experience includes co-ownership of Oleander Design LLC, specializing in handmade accessories, and roles in textile design and conservation at Satchel and The Textile Museum of Washington DC, respectively. Charlene holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fibers with a minor in Fashion from Savannah College of Art and Design.
