Marco Marcano

Marco Marcano has over 15 years of work experience in the IT sector. In 2021, they began working as a Cloud Operations Engineer for Escala 24x7 Inc. From 2015 to 2021, they worked in various roles for BBVA Provincial, including Especialista en Infraestructura - Arquitectura Unix - Open System en BBVA Venezuela, Especialista II Nivel, and Especialista CAI 2do Nivel. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Técnico Especialista Nivel II for Indra. In 2012, they were an Especialista II for Aibsel Servicios and a Técnico de Soporte for BekeSantos. From 2008 to 2012, they worked as a Técnico de Soporte for IBM de Venezuela and a Técnico de Puntos de Venta for Corporación NETSET de Venezuela. In 2007, they were an Operador Centro Nacional de Soporte for LH Servicios. Finally, in 2006, they were a Funcionario de Operaciones Especiales for ONIDEX.

Marco Marcano received their TSU en Informatica degree from Instituto Universitario de Técnologia Venezuela between 2014 and 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Ingeniero Industrial degree from Universidad 'Santa María' between 1994 and 2000. Marco also holds two AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS), obtained in January 2022.
