Veronica S. has been in the IT industry since 2003 when they began working for Alestra as a Consultor de infraestructuras de TI. In 2010, they obtained their ITIL Foundations v3 certification from ITIL Foundation Certification Training Level. In 2020, they obtained their AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate and AWS Cloud Practitioner certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
