Cassie Gilford has been a proud Scaler since her start with the company in 2009. Working her way up through Scale Computing to VP of Operations, Cassie leads a world-class tech support, services, business systems, and operations organization – ensuring the Customer experience is seamless. She is passionate about efficient processes, realistic timelines, cross-functional communication, and company culture. Cassie graduated from Purdue University Krannert School of Management with a degree in Economics and started her career working on political campaign operations before shifting to tech in Indy.
