Dan Dillon has been in the workforce since 2016. Dan started their career as an Executive Recruiter - Product, Data & Engineering at Forrest Solutions. In 2018, they moved to True Search, where they held the same role. In 2019, they began working as a Business Development Manager at COMATCH, and in 2021 they began working as a Consultant at Golden Hire and as a Founder at ScaleFront.

Dan Dillon received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from St. Bonaventure University and their High School Diploma from Canisius High School.
