Eric Blatt

Eric Blatt is a Partner and the Intellectual Property Practice Lead at Scale LLP, where Eric consults with emerging companies on sharpening pitches, understanding government funding and contracting ecosystem, and managing their IP to demonstrate and capture value. Eric also serves as an Advisor, Mentor, and Subject Matter Expert for various government-facing innovation programs and accelerators. Prior to their current role, Eric was an IP Attorney at Rothwell Figg IP Professionals and a Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Eric holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University.
