Samuel Gintel

Samuel Gintel is currently a Counsel at Scale LLP, where they focus on helping startups build smart from day one. Previously, they held the position of Senior Corporate Associate at Carr & Ferrell LLP, managing venture-backed financings and negotiating technology transactions. Samuel also served as Managing Counsel at Fathom Law, where they led financing and M&A transactions. They have advised TildenBio on commercial and corporate matters since 2018 and have a diverse background in corporate law from earlier roles at firms such as Pillar Legal and Ritt, Tai, Thvedt & Hodges. Samuel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor.
