Prior to that, Scott was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at PurchasePro, and an Associate at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP and Taft, Stettinius & Hollister LLP. Scott holds a J.D. in Business Law and Regulation from Cornell Law School and a B.A. in Music from Florida State University. Throughout their career, Scott has handled corporate and securities matters, board governance, SEC compliance, capital markets transactions, M&A, international development transactions, real estate, construction law, and served as corporate secretary.
