To improve businesses and support growth is what Scale Up does best, that is our main value to organizations.

I help companies manage strategic projects bringing all the knowledge I have developed in years of experience connected with the call center and BPO industry in Latam.

I offer key intervention consultancy services focused in people and operations.

When companies work with Scale Up they go through a simple but effective plan of deployment.
I work together with the company to determine and define the intervention scenario and the desirable results.
We then vision together an implementation plan and I put in place a strategy to work directly with the organization and the different team members to deploy the solution.
We become key team players while we work together to movilize the company talents towards success. My style is executive and down to earth, providing solutions taylored to the company capabilities and phase of growth.

When Scale Up partners with an organization it commits to results and define clear KPI/ROI and end results to evaluate the success of our intervention.

Some of the examples of projects we are used to address are:
- Kick off on a human capital area for a country or a region
- Cultural integration during M&A
- Assessment and implementation of an operational model
- Massive Talent Adquisition challenges
- Leadership team support while building a mid-long term powerful structure for their organization
- Implementation of key scalable processes
