Sven Haferkamp

Sven Haferkamp has extensive experience in sales, management, and coaching. As a lecturer at Hochschule Darmstadt Mediencampus from July 2015 to July 2016, Sven contributed to academic growth in the field. Currently, as a Scale Up Senior Coach at scale up since January 2021, Sven focuses on helping businesses transition into successful scale-ups through effective planning and methodology. In addition, Sven operates SH-Trainings Sven Haferkamp, providing certified sales and management training that emphasizes behavioral change over mere knowledge transfer. Previously, Sven served as Managing Director and Head of Sales at AD-Systems until December 2018, a company specializing in professional sound technology, and held a silent partnership there. Sven holds a degree in business administration from Universität Duisburg-Essen and further qualifications in finance and management training from Hochschule Niederrhein and Steinbeis-Hochschule-Berlin.
