Stephan Eberle

Stephan Eberle is the current General Counsel at Scale Venture Partners. Stephan has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked at Joint Venture: Silicon Valley Network and SVB Financial Group & Silicon Valley Bank. At Joint Venture, Stephan was responsible for litigating cases concerning breach of contract, trade dress and trademark violations, unfair business practices, insurance coverage and premises liability. Stephan also negotiated settlements, conducted depositions, drafted legal briefs and memoranda and drafted and responded to discovery. Stephan was a member of the Associates Committee at Joint Venture.

At SVB Financial Group & Silicon Valley Bank, Stephan was the Deputy General Counsel. Stephan negotiated commercial lending transactions and managed litigation. Stephan also advised on the development of new products and services, and they were the legal lead for direct equity investments and strategic investments, partnerships and incubators. In addition, Stephan was the legal lead for the formation and licensing of a registered broker-dealer.

Stephan has a wealth of experience in the legal field and is an asset to any company.

Stephan Eberle attended the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where they earned their JD. Prior to that, they attended the University of California, Berkeley, where they earned their BA in Sociology.
