Priam Abayon has extensive experience in operations and customer service management, having held various leadership roles at multiple companies. From July 2007 to July 2012, Priam worked at Convergys, serving as a Customer Service Representative, Team Lead, Senior Team Lead, and Operations Manager. Subsequently, Priam held the position of Operations Manager at Concentrix from October 2018 to November 2020 and at TaskUs from November 2020 to August 2022. Currently, Priam is a Service Delivery Manager at Scale Virtually since August 2022. Priam completed undergraduate studies in mass communication at Far Eastern University from 1997 to 2001.
