Annie Chen

Annie Chen is a skilled Product Designer currently working at Scale AI since November 2023. Previously, Annie held product design roles at Scout AI from March 2023 to October 2023 and at CNN as a UX Designer during a summer internship in 2022, where Annie developed a mobile app feature aimed at enhancing consumer trust and user engagement on controversial topics. Prior experience includes serving as Program Manager and Curatorial Assistant at the Center on Contemporary Art, where Annie significantly increased program outreach, and working as a UX Designer at HiveTec Corporation and Ponycody, focusing on interactive design, user experience improvements, and accessibility. Annie began foundational experiences in curation as a Curatorial Intern at Jacob Lawrence Gallery and holds a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from California College of the Arts along with a Bachelor's degree in Art History from the University of Washington.
