Ben Hertzberg is currently a Machine Learning Research Ops Lead at Scale AI, specializing in Generative AI. They previously worked as a Strategic Projects Lead and Code RLHF Consultant, overseeing significant projects that enhanced AI models through effective data pipelines. Ben served as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at the UCSB Experimental Cosmology Group, where they achieved finalist status in multiple competitions. Additionally, they acted as a coach for the UCSB Club Frisbee team during the 2022-2023 season.
