Brooke Dearden is the Head of Public Sector Operations at Scale AI. Previously, they were a Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where they led teams of over 500 employees and launched two large fulfillment centers in California. Brooke has also held leadership positions in the US Army, serving as a Captain and in various engineering roles, and completed a Master's Degree in Political Economics at The University of Sydney. They earned an MBA from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a BSc in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
