Dan Patten

Dan Patten is an experienced professional in government affairs, currently serving as the Government Affairs lead for the UK and Europe at Scale AI since March 2025. Prior to this role, Dan held various positions at Hawthorn Advisors from March 2022 to March 2025, including Director, Associate Director, and Senior Consultant. Dan's experience in public affairs includes a tenure at FTI Consulting from October 2019 to March 2022, where roles included Senior Consultant and Consultant. Additionally, Dan worked as a Senior Parliamentary Researcher at the House of Commons from August 2017 to October 2019. Dan holds a degree in Politics and Modern History with a focus on International Relations and Affairs from Cardiff University, completed in 2018.
