Dave Bowen is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology innovation, customer operations, and strategic management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Planning and Head of Customer Operations Planning at Scale AI, Dave leads a team focused on forecasting demand and optimizing resource planning in the Generative AI operations group. Previously, Dave held roles at Ulteig as Technology Innovation Manager and at Measure, where significant contributions included expanding the business and managing diverse drone-related projects. Education includes a Master of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College.
