Dean Shu

Dean Shu has held a variety of roles in the corporate and entertainment industries. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Concert Photographer for Live Nation Entertainment, photographing for various artists. In 2014, they held a Summer Business Analyst role at McKinsey & Company, and in 2015 they were promoted to Business Analyst. From 2017 to 2019, they were a Senior Associate and then Associate at Insight Partners, where they ran 40+ diligences for investments and portfolio company acquisitions. In 2019, they joined Scale AI as Head of Studio, Chief of Staff to the CEO, and Business Operations & Strategy.

Dean Shu attended Harvard University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and Psychology.
