Drew Rein

Drew Rein serves as the Strategic Projects Lead at Scale AI, overseeing an operations team focused on AI data labeling for Safety & Red-Teaming projects, managing contributions from over 3,000 individuals in more than 30 languages. Key responsibilities include project planning, developing training materials, and improving operational processes. Prior to this role, Drew worked at C3 AI as a Strategic Projects Associate and a Strategy Associate, where responsibilities included project management for high-value deals and collaboration across teams to define client-specific software use-cases. As Co-Founder of Western Medical Consulting & Supplies, Drew managed logistics and sourcing for personal protective equipment during critical shortages. Drew's experience includes internships in various finance and strategy roles, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
