Elo Luik

Elo Luik, PhD, is an experienced professional in the fields of product management and engagement within the AI and health technology sectors. Currently serving as Engagement Manager for Enterprise AI at Scale AI since May 2025, Elo previously held various roles at Genomics plc, including Product Lead and Product Manager for Precision Health Applications, from November 2022 to May 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Product Manager and UX Researcher at Hero Health from 2021 to December 2022, and as a Lecturer in Medical Anthropology at the University of Oxford between October 2019 and October 2021. Elo's academic credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Anthropology from the University of Oxford (2014-2018), a Professional Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Institute of Technology (January 2021 - March 2021), a Master of Philosophy in Social Anthropology from the University of Oxford (2012-2014), and a Master of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Aberdeen (2007-2010).
