Isabell Sagar

Isabell Sagar currently serves as Team Lead at Scale AI, where management of a team of 60 contractors focuses on enhancing and training generative AI models through Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF). Prior experience includes roles as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The Lazar Lab for Meditation Research, where Isabell utilized fMRI neuroimaging to explore the impacts of yoga and meditation, and at Massachusetts General Hospital, where involvement in a multi-site feasibility study on orthopedic injury prevention was key. Additional research assistant roles at Harvard Laboratory for Developmental Studies and the University of California, Los Angeles involved studying infant development and sensory coding, respectively. Isabell also served as Assistant Sales Manager at Vector Marketing, managing a regional office and overseeing sales meetings. Isabell holds a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from Harvard University.
