Lewis Watson

Lewis Watson currently serves as a Doctoral Researcher at Edinburgh Napier University under the supervision of Yanchao Yu, with additional guidance from Kenny Mitchell and Llogari Casas. In parallel, Lewis holds the position of AI Training Specialist at Scale AI and Vice President at ENUSEC, having previously served as Media Officer there. Lewis has demonstrated expertise in educational roles as a Lab Demonstrator, mentoring students in various tech modules. Past experience includes a research placement with the NERC, focused on citizen-science tools for fisheries management in Brazil, and positions at PENIPOT LTD, where technical skills were applied in a barista and system administration role. Lewis's academic background includes a PhD in Conversational Artificial Intelligence and a BSc in Computer Science from Edinburgh Napier University.
