Lexi Noval is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations management and business development. Currently serving as the Global Facilities and Training Operations Director at Scale AI since September 2018, Lexi has established a secure onsite training facility in the Philippines and expanded training locations while enhancing program evaluation procedures. As the founder of Flexfit PH, Lexi successfully created a scalable lifestyle program for women, building a community of 250 participants and achieving profitability within six months. Previously, Lexi held the position of Chief Operations Officer at The WellNest Group, overseeing operations and client acquisition for wellness programs, and achieved significant sales success as a Senior Sales Consultant at AboitizLand, Inc.
