Margo Wheeler

Margo Wheeler possesses a diverse background in human resources and operations management, currently serving as the Head of HR Operations at Scale AI and previously occupying the role of People Operations Manager. Prior to this, Margo held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Wheeler Auto Group, Inc., and gained valuable experience as an MBA Marketing Intern at Volkswagen of America, Inc. Additionally, Margo contributed as an Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to the Managing Director at Merrill Lynch. Educationally, Margo holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Finance from William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Oregon.
