Megan Luba

Megan MacDonell Luba is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in technical recruiting and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Lead Technical Recruiter at Scale AI since June 2023, Megan focuses on hiring Machine Learning Research Engineers and Research Scientists for Generative AI initiatives. Prior to this role, Megan contributed significantly to Affirm from March 2018 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing an RPO team, developing recruitment processes for Affirm Poland, and leading various talent initiatives. Earlier experience includes roles at FireEye, Inc. in technical recruiting and university relations, and foundational internships at CBS Television Distribution and The Party Helpers. Megan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Loyola Marymount University.
